Remember your tweet to your friend about going postal in your next class?  Well becareful, cause the Department of Homeland Security is monitoring it and everything else you post on social networks. Now they are looking to see if you pose a bio-terriost threat by monitoring for indcations of you being sick, and if others in the same area are having the same symptoms.  The Flu this year should have given them plenty of symptoms to follow, and plenty of patients.   Now having worked with Big Data, part of me find this extremely cool to monitor live tweets, and status updates looking for the next pandemic, but part of me finds this scary just how much we post online.
